Raul Arevalo
Raul Arevalo is Executive Vice President of Asset Management of Hankey Investment Company. Raul oversees all multifamily investments where he builds value through diligent and hands-on asset management.
Raul has specialized in asset management, financial analysis, project workouts, strategic planning, and disposition management, since 2004. A significant portion of Raul’s experience comes from managing institutionally-owned real estate portfolios located in various markets throughout the United States, Puerto Rico & Virgin Islands for companies such as Troxler Venture Partners, Alliant Capital and Hunt Capital Partners.
Raul has managed over 500 partnerships totaling 26,000 multifamily, commercial, and industrial units; with approximately $3 billion of funded equity and terminal values of approximately $9.0 billion.
Raul holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance from California State University Northridge.
