Hsin's responsibilities include managing the business and financial reporting. Hsin was born in Taiwan (R.O.C.) and immigrated to the United States in 1980. Hsin holds an MS in Accountancy from SFA State University in Nacogdoches, Texas.

Prior to joining Hankey Group, Hsin spent fifteen years in automotive dealership business management.
